Annual Goals:
Physically writing down your goals has shown to increase your success rate by 40% – that's huge! However, having too many goals reduces your chances at achieving any of them dramatically. So, the Full Focus Physical Planner gives you the perfect 10 slots for listing your goals for the entire year, which quarter you plan to accomplish that goal, and a box to check when it's completed. Remember to balance these goals between "achievement goals" and "habit goals" to amplify your success rate even further.
Weekly Preview:
Making the most of every week starts with this preview. Both reflecting and preparing have value when it comes to achieving your goals week after week. In the Full Focus Physical Planner, every week has a place to review the previous week's activity as well as setup the next week's action-items for predictable success. Leveraging these Weekly Preview pages is a game-changer when it comes to accomplishing the things that matter most to us.
Daily Pages:
Most of the time, we are in a constant state of reacting to what's happening to us throughout each day. However, with the Full Focus Physical Planner, you have a page for each day that allows you to anticipate each day's needs, projects, and tasks before the interruptions show up. Use these pages to list your Daily Big 3, list appointments you'll have that day, and remind yourself of the wins you achieved that day. There's so much peace of mind that comes from leveraging these pages every day.
Life Plan:
Everyone has at least a vague idea of how they picture their life ending up. Although it's a little morbid to think about, the reality is we don't live forever...but "how we live" can live on in the lives of others. However, this doesn't happen by accident. This Hero On A Mission Digital Planner has a special section to create life statements and vision worksheets to keep you living in a way that you'll be proud to leave behind to those you love.
Goal Tracker:
We all have goals, ambitions, and ideas of a better future for ourselves. But, until they get down on something tangible, they remain out of reach for us. The Hero On A Mission Digital Planner provides an area to not only write down your goals, but also track them as you make progress towards the finish line. Whether the goal is an achievement goal or habit goal, this section of the planner is perfect for you.
Daily Planner:
We all need a way to manage our days well. For most of us, we do things on "autopilot" without even realizing we have rhythms that are helping us achieve our goals – or even preventing us from accomplishing what we've set out to do. Using the Hero On A Mission Digital Planner to set your routines, manage your primary tasks, and keep track of your appointments throughout the day is essential to keeping your sanity as you journey through the ups and downs of every day.
Boards:
Having a "room" for every area of your life is a beautiful thing. Trello Workspaces are exactly that. With Boards that act like "rooms" for you to manage all the projects that pertain to that specific domain of your life is exactly what busy people need to organize the many projects going on at once. Whether it's projects for the kids, projects for your job, projects for the house...Trello Workspaces has a Board for that.
Lists:
Within each Board there are an endless number of drag-and-drop lists (or columns) that you are able to use to organize the various projects you have going in that area of your life. The wonderful thing about a drag-and-drop style of list is that when things shift and change in real life, they can easily shift and change in your Trello Workspaces!
Cards:
Every list within your Trello Workspaces is going to represent a project with likely MANY tasks. That's where your drag-and-drop Cards come into play. Create and use these Cards to manage the order your tasks need to be completed in, check them off once done, and prepare to be relieved at how easy it is to juggle all your projects that used to stress you out!
Events:
As obvious as it sounds, creating events in your Digital Calendar is a must-do for your sanity. Too often we think to ourselves, "Well I don't need to put that on my calendar. I'm already used to doing that, and it's just part of my regular routine now." And you would be right, but that doesn't mean it isn't still taking up mental real estate 24/7. The more we can do the things that free up mental space, the more bandwidth we'll have to either do more or just enjoy doing the same amount with less stress.
Blocks:
Believe it or not, not everything in your calendar needs to be connected to a human. Just because you're not meeting with someone doesn't mean you're available. If you need to create a Block of time to mow your grass, read a book, or just be alone in peace for 30-minutes – that's okay! But, let's be honest, it won't ever happen unless you put it in your Digital Calendar.
Sub-Calendars:
One of my favorite things about a Digital Calendar is the ability to create multiple calendars that represent different areas of my life. This helps organize, color-code, and track all the things I have going on in a specific arena of my life rather than trying to see it jumbled in with everything else that looks the same. Sub-Calendars have been a life-saver for me when it comes to compartmentalizing the appointments, blocks, and reminders in my life.
Lists:
We all know what it's like to have 1,000 things on our to-do list. We also probably can relate to how the longer you think or look at those 1,000 tasks, the less energy you have to do them. With a To-Do app, the ability to create Lists or categories that represent the different areas of your life, simplifies the list and allows you to tackle one set of to-do's at a time rather than the whole lump all at once. What a relief!
Tasks:
A To-Do App wouldn't be complete without a place to create quality tasks. But, not all To-Do Apps are created equal. The ability to setup recurring tasks, one-time tasks, and tasks with information attached to it is essential. Otherwise, you look at your to-do and think, "What the heck did that mean again?" And once again, nothing gets done.
Reminders:
Everyone knows the feeling of being "no-showed" for an appointment. Whether you're a waitress, a sales representative, or a school teacher – you know what it's like when someone calls you saying, "I'm so sorry! I forgot!" It's awkward for you and embarrassing for them. Using your To-Do App to prevent moments like this is absolutely worth it. When those abnormal tasks or unexpected appointments come up, use your To-Do App to make sure you are prompted to do what you need to do or show up when you need to show up...because often we need a little extra help remembering when something irregular pops up in our calendar or to-do list.
Internal Growth:
Learn to take every area of your life through the first 2 steps of internal growth – what you believe about it and what you think about it. Without addressing these 2 areas of growth first, no amount of external effort is going to supersede what you really think or really believe about the person or situation.
External Application:
Know how to embrace the last 3 steps of turning what you believe and think into reality. No matter what area of life you're pursuing growth in, nothing really changes until we say and do something different. Experiencing growth requires our words to look different, our actions to look different, and even our risk-tolerance to look different. The path to a better version of yourself isn't paved with the "same ole', same ole". It's paved with better words, bolder actions, and bigger faith.
Progress-Oriented:
There are many ways to go about personal growth, but only one of those ways actually keeps you in a good mood along the way. Only one foundation of personal growth keeps you encouraged, motivated, and inspired along the way to becoming a better version of yourself. That is by keeping "progress" the goal of personal growth – not a destination. The Beating Average Framework does exactly that by being fully structured for you to experience fulfillment along the way as you progress in every area of life.
